INTERNATIONAL SERVICE SEMINAR

Process Server Institute is conducting a process serving seminar designed and priced for independent contractor and employee process servers.  The first segment of the beyond basics seminar will cover personal and substituted service of summonses, service by publication and special court order, posting and mailing of unlawful detainer actions, service at gated communities and mailing addresses, subpoenas, the proper service of notices to a tenant and opposing counsel, and an introduction to international service.

The second segment of the seminar will cover advanced skip tracing and investigations, distinguishing what is legal and illegal, pretexting, public record searches, internet searches, and how a search can be made using the phone and circumventing caller ID.

The books we publish will not be included in the seminar price but will be available for purchase at a 10% discount off the regular price at or before the event.  Sales tax will be added. A $5.00 shipping fee will be added if sent before the seminar.
