Process Serving Basic Seminar
Process Server Institute is conducting a process serving seminar designed and priced for independent contractor and employee process servers. The first segment of the process serving basics seminar will cover personal and substituted service of summonses, preparing proofs of service, service of subpoenas, unlawful detainer actions, small claims actions, and an introduction to additional services that relate to process serving.
The second segment of the seminar will cover skip tracing and investigations, distinguishing what is legal and illegal, pretexting, public record searches, free and proprietary online searches, and how a search can be made using the phone circumventing caller ID.
