PROCESS SERVING BASICS SEMINAR

Process Server Institute is conducting a process serving seminar designed and priced for independent contractor and employee process servers.  The first segment of the seminar will cover personal and substituted service of summonses and small claims court claims, posting and mailing of unlawful detainer actions, service at gated communities and mailing addresses, personal service of subpoenas and orders, the proper service of notices to a tenant and opposing counsel.

The second segment of the seminar will cover skip tracing and investigations, distinguishing what is legal and illegal, pretexting, public record searches, internet searches, and how a search can be made using the phone circumventing caller ID.

Writ and Judgment Collection Seminar follows from 1:30 PM – 3:30 PM

($45.00 after February 3, 2007)

The books we publish will not be included in the seminar price but will be available for purchase at a 10% discount off the regular price at or before the event.  Sales tax will be added. A $5.00 shipping fee will be added if sent before the seminar.
